Survey Manager
The survey manager allows you to create, modify and remove surveys from your
Blackboard course. All surveys created for the course are located in the Survey
Manager, no matter what content area is used to deploy the survey.

To create a Survey
- Control Panel > Survey Manager (from Assessment pane)
- Add Survey.
- Enter the Name, description, and instructions for the survey.
- Submit.
- On the Survey Canvas, click Creation Settings.
- Choose settings for your survey building process.
- Submit.
- Use the drop down box to choose to add a question of a desired type and
click GO.
- Fill out the form associated with the specific question type.
- Submit.
- Add the remainder of your questions.
