What is the Control Panel?
The Control Panel is the hub of the Blackboard Course Management system. You add course materials in the Content Areas pane. The Course Tools pane is where you will find your Communications tools such as Announcements, email and Discussion Boards. It is also where you will find the GW Specific "More Tools." Make your course visible to students as well as control what Blackboard elements your students see in the Course Options pane. Grades, course statistics as well as test and survey managements can be found in the Assessment pane.
