Passes
Passes give users outside of the GWU Blackboard System time-restricted access to a file of your choice. Passes can be created for files only. You no longer need to send an email with a large file attachment to your collegues on the West Coast. Simply create a pass for the file, and email the pass to your collegue. Not only will the email be smaller, but you can control how long your collegue has access to your file.
