Permissions
You can set Permissions for folders or files in your Content System. Permissions are a great way to share files with other GWU Blackboard users. If your collegue has Content System, they can search in Content System for the file you have shared with them.
If you have a TA that is setting up your course, you need to set Read and Manage permissions for the folders and/or files they will be putting in your course. This gives them the ability to add files from your Content System.
