Merge Course Rosters
Merge Course Rosters permits you to combine several sections of one course,
so you can post all your course materials and information in one course. This
tool will create a new course with students from all three sections merged in
the gradebook and roster.

The merged course roster is not automatically updated with the daily Banner
feed, so you will need to synchronize your course rosters periodically during the drop-add period.
To merge up to seven course rosters
- Control Panel > More Tools (from Course Tools pane)
- Merge Course Rosters.
- Use check boxes next to the Names of your courses to choose them to merge.
- Use the field provided to type a Title for your new course.
- NOTE: Thise title deaults to the first course Title in your course list.
- CHANGE this title, as it will be very confusing to the students from
your other sections.
- Submit.
To Synchronize your merged courses
- Control Panel > More Tools (from Course Tools pane)
- Synchronize Merged Course Rosters.
- You will get a report if there were any changes.
